Welcome to this step of the experience. Let me introduce myself and tell you a little bit about my background in the mental health world. I hold a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington state where I have been providing mental health services since 2005. I am ready to hear your story, to listen to what you need and to explore the best way to get there. On the way to wherever we need to go, I will utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities but anchor my work most solidly in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Please be aware that my practice, Be Well, LLC is a private pay counseling practice. Meaning that I do not bill insurance and I charge the rate for service at the time of your appointment. Some insurance companies will reimburse for counseling and you will be provided with the appropriate information to submit at the end of each month. Unfortunately, I am not able to accommodate working with new clients at this time.
